This Privacy Statement applies to information that Information Security Know How Ltd. (“IS Know How”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) collects about you via the WWW.ISKnow.How website (our “Website”).
For purposes of this Privacy Statement, "Business Partners" means subcontractors, suppliers or other entities with which we have ongoing business relationship(s) to enable the provision of products, services, information and guidance to you our visitors and clients.
"Personal Information" means information that can identify you, such as your name, telephone number and business address or email address.
This Privacy Statement does not apply to the websites of any of our Affiliates or Business Partners; or to any other third parties, even if links to their websites are included within our Website. When you use our Website, we may ask you to provide Personal Information when you:

We may automatically collect other types of information when you visit our Website which aids us to deliver the end-to-end solutions we do; such as your network location, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, browser type, screen resolution size and language, the Uniform Resource Locator (URL) of the website that referred you to our Website, average time spent on this site, and what sections or pages of our Website you visit.
2. Cookies and Log Files
Our Website uses "cookies", to enable you to sign-in to our services and to help personalise your online experience. ISKnow How employs a real-time visitor monitoring service, which is fully hosted within the IS Know How website's infrastructure, meaning that IS Know How control any and all collated data points. This is so IS Know How can analyse in a sufficient manner, how it's visitor's are accessing certain web-pages, information and patterns; thus allowing IS Know How to always be able to deliver the very best service to it's visitor's.
IS Know How's Real-Time Visitor Monitoring Service may collect information provided by browser or mobile device, specifically:
Time of Visit
URL Parameters and submitted form fields values
Mobile Devices Information
Referring site, Service, Application or anything which led to Client's website including search queries and their position in search results
Clicks on website elements such as links, images and any other parts of website, offering IS Know How what is termed a 'Heatmap'.
Downloads of files if these were defined to be intercepted by Real-Time Visitor Monitoring Service by the client in IS Know How's Real-Time Visitor Monitoring Service administration.
Database table sizes, number of records in such database table, amount of data stored in such tables.
Directory sizes of directories (if these were scanned from Real-Time Visitor Monitoring Service by IS Know How)

This Privacy Statement applies only to the use and disclosure of Personal Information IS Know How collects online through this Website. This Website may include links to the sites of IS Know How' Business Partners or to those of other third parties. IS Know How cannot control and is not responsible for the privacy practices of such third-party sites. IS Know How encourages users to be aware when they leave our Website, and to read the privacy statements of each website they visit.
6. How IS Know How Uses the Personal Information That We Collect?
IS Know How may use your Personal Information collected through this site to:

We may also disclose Personal Information in connection with legal orders from law enforcement or other government bodies; to combat fraud or criminal activity; as required by law or regulation; if all or part of IS Know How is sold or merges with another company; if IS Know How reasonably believes it is necessary to protect the rights of IS Know How, its customers, the public, or others; or with your consent.
We may aggregate or de-identify information so that it does not identify you and share that and other non-personal information with selected third parties for any purpose.
8. Integrity and Security
Data Integrity and Access:
IS Know How employs commercially reasonable managerial and technical measures to protect the security and integrity of Personal Information collected online at this Website.
You acknowledge, however, that no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while IS Know How strives to protect your personal information at all times, IS Know How cannot wholly guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to or from this site.
International Data Transfer:
IS Know How employs data protection measures, where it will not transfer personal data outside the EEA, unless the transfer is necessary and permitted in line with the Data Protection Act 1998.
In addition to these measures, ISKH does NOT store any Personally Identifiable Information (PII) during the course of it's use for Third Sector Organisation clients, of the following Managed Security Services:
Sentinel 5 for Endpoints and Servers, WebSentinel, Threat Mitigation, Managed Cyber Resilience Standard and Plus. Also to include any associated cyber security such as Community Sentinel and any consulting services that we offer through this website.
The technology used by ISKH to provide any of the above services, is of course required to scan the various elements of data within a clients infrastructure, that the given service aids mitigation points for; for traces of the many malicious traits that are known or found. Rest assured that a clients privacy and data integrity including that of all your data, is always of huge paramount importance to us here at IS Know How.
9. Selecting Your Communication Preferences
If you would like to stop receiving future marketing communications from IS Know How and you are already an active IS Know How website registered member, you can simply login to your account and navigate to the 'My Account' button, then 'My Newsletter Subscriptions' and make your alterations there.
Additionally, if you wish to review or modify your Personal Information that was given at time of ISKH Registration, or since and in connection with your ISKH Account; please login to your account and make the necessary changes within your 'Profile'.
We will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide your services and as necessary to comply with our legal, regulatory or compliance obligations.
Even when you opt-out of receiving marketing communications, we may still communicate with you in connection with servicing your account, fulfilling your request, or administering any promotion or any program in which you have elected to participate whether free or fee based.
10. Expressing Preferences if You are a Customer of a IS Know How Client
IS Know How has no direct relationship with the individuals whose personal information may be included in event data processed by IS Know How. Individuals, who may be clients' customers or employees, seeking to correct, amend or delete personal information about them that may be included in such event data, should direct his or her query to a representative of the IS Know How customer (the data controller) who provided the data to IS Know How.
If the client asks IS Know How to remove the data, IS Know How will respond to the request as soon as reasonably practicable. If you are a customer of one of our clients and would no longer like to be contacted by that client, please directly contact the client of which you are a customer.
11. Account Removal & Data Deletion:
Should you request to seek the deletion of your IS Know How Account and any data that we hold until that point, your data will be fully deleted from all IS Know How systems, 30 days from the time that you originally sought account removal.
You can seek your account and data removal, by sending us an 'Account Deletion Request' request via the 'Contact Us' ISKH HelpDesk in your Account. Simply select the 'Members Account Services Enquiries' Category and place 'Account Deletion Request' in the subject line, to being the process and we will quantify the request with the account holder.
12. Accessing Your Personal Information
You are entitled to obtain a copy of the personal information held about you by the IS Know How. Any request to access or obtain a copy of this information will be considered under Section 7 of the Data Protection Act.
